The signature at Jeune Afrique‘s Africa CEO Forum today in Abidjan of a MoU between Energy Minister Oswald Séverin Mayoundou and Africa50 CEO Alain Ebobisse was the result of flash negotiations between the pan-African public institution and the Central African government. According to our sources, the first discussions indeed took place just two months ago.
