With local authorities expecting the new Luanda Dr Agostinho Neto Airport to be operational by the end of the year, Angola’s Minister of Transport, Ricardo Viegas de Abreu, has begun getting ready the tender to find the future concessionaire. Work on the infrastructure is currently being completed, and the certification process has already started, according to the authorities.
