According to Africa Business+ sources, negotiations between African Capital Alliance (ACA) and Sanlam are advanced, and the latter’s exit from Continental Reinsurance Plc (C-Re) is imminent. However, the deal still needs to be approved by various regulators as C-Re operates in about 50 countries.
