Moncef Belkhayat‘s Moroccan group H&S has opened the capital of its logistics subsidiary Building Logistics Services (which is also the owner of the group’s industrial property) to the tune of 330 million dirhams to the infrastructure fund STOA, a subsidiary of the French Caisse des Dépôts. The latter was endowed with €600 million at its creation in 2017.
