Gilles de Clerk and Romen Mathieu – the duo at the helm of EuroMena Funds – are busy structuring their fourth fund, this time with a final target of around $250 million, the highest since the firm began operations in 2005, after raising $150 million for EuroMena Fund III in 2016.
