According to Africa Business+ sources, a memorandum of understanding has been signed between the Cape Verdean Secretary of State for Agriculture and the Environment, Miguel Ângelo Barreto Moura, the National Association of Cape Verdean Municipalities (ANMCV) and the joint venture between the Danish company AqSep A/S – related to the Danish energy group Danfoss A/S – and the Bahamian company AqSol Ltd.
