Though largely off the radar of the continent’s capital investors, São Tomé and Príncipe has attracted the attention of Averi Finance’s two managing partners, the Portuguese, Gaspar Lino and the Ghanian, Elvis Boama, who hope to become key players in a country with 250,000 inhabitants.
