This photovoltaic unit with a capacity of 2.4 MW, built in Diego in the north of the island, will be combined with a pre-existing thermal power plant running on heavy fuel oil (HFO), owned by Hasnaine Yavarhoussen‘s diversified Malagasy group Filatex, via its subsidiary Enelec.
