Its subsidiary, Cegelec Oil and Gas, led by Didier Elie, recorded a turnover of €71.2 million in 2021. The company recently submitted a financial proposal to support strengthening the skills of the Mauritanian Electricity Company (Somelec). The call for expressions of interest is clear that selection will be based on the quality of the consultants.
