After a successful year in 2022 – a net profit of €1.5 billion – Bpifrance remains under Nicolas Dufourcq. A graduate of École nationale d’administration (ENA), the Sciences Po and HEC Paris was reappointed for a third term as the head of the public institution. However, some restructuring was carried out at the beginning of the year in subordinate departments, particularly in the export vertical following the departure of Pedro Novo to Abidjan, to manage an investment fund devoted to the hotel sector.
