The Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA), the guarantee agency of the Washington-based World Bank, is a long-term partner of the Kasada hotel fund. It has agreed to cover Kasada’s capital contribution and the loans made by its shareholders to acquire the Ikoyi Hotel in Lagos.
