According to information gathered by Africa Business+, Joliba Capital‘s first African vehicle, Joliba Fund I, has attracted the Dutch entrepreneurial development bank, FMO, which is investing €15 million. In addition, Joliba obtained the signature, subject to regulatory approvals, of a third backer, the identity of whom has not been disclosed.
