The latest Africa Rivers Fund launched by XSML reflects the rising ambitions of the Dutch private equity firm, which is targeting $150 million. According to Africa Business+ sources, the trio of managers, Marcel PosthumaJarl Heijstee and Barthout van Singlelandt, are hoping to raise even more and have set a hard cap of $200 million.
