Finactu, headed by Denis Chemillier-Gendreau and Géraldine Mermoux, is based in Casablanca with offices in France, Switzerland, Mauritius, Mali and Dubai. It was contracted on Thursday, 27 October, by Finance Minister Nicolas Kazadi for feasibility studies on creating a development bank in DR Congo. The contract is reputedly worth $979,363.
