Still awaiting approval from the Ministry of Economy and Finance to complete the handover between SEAF Morocco and EmergingTech Ventures, its owners, managing partner Meriem Zairi Tlemçani and partners Abdelouahid Benlamlih and Sidi Mohammed Zakraoui, are already working on the development of their future fund.
