Louis Paul Motaze, the Cameroonian Minister of Finance, on 8 September, sent a list of four Cameroonian companies to Louis Banga Ntolo, Director General of the Central African Stock Exchange (BVMAC), partly owned by the state. Motaze then proposed that they be listed on the regional financial market, headquartered in Douala.
