TOM SA–Medlog consortium to operate the Senegalese dry port of Pout

A logistics company run by businessman Franck de Vargas Machuca, the Terminal des opérations maritimes (TOM SA) and its partner Medlog, a subsidiary of MSC, are well on the way to winning the concession for the dry port of Pout in Dakar.

TOM SA and Medlog received a score of 79.6 at the end of the opening of the technical bids for the Pout dry port tender, launched by the Dakar Port Authority (PAD) and due to expire in October 2021.
