The consortium comprising Canadian CPCS Transcom Limited, Italian Comete International and South African Holland & Hausberge won the study for the spatial development of the Abidjan-Lagos motorway on 20 September. The contract was long-awaited since ECOWAS launched a call for tenders in May 2018, before the pandemic disrupted the schedule.
