Youssouf Fadiga, general manager of the state-owned Banque Nationale d’Investissement (BNI), and Charles Kouassi, general manager of the powerful private sector pension fund Caisse Nationale de Prévoyance Sociale (CNPS), have recruited the Casablanca-based consultancy Finactu to advise them in the acquisition of Bicici (BNP Paribas) in Abidjan.
