Chérubin Okende Senga, the Minister of Transport, Communication Routes and Openings, recently selected the French engineering firm Artelia and its Malian partner Cira SAS for the consulting aspect of the Kasumbalesa Dry Port project in the extreme south-east of the country, on the border with Zambia.
