The twelfth resident representative of the World Bank since the opening of the office in Togo in 1982, Fily Sissoko is a veteran of the institution, which he joined in 2002 as a specialist in financial management in the Dakar office. Since then, he has held various positions, most recently as manager of the Governance Cluster for the East Asia and Pacific region, based in Bangkok.
