Capital African Partners Bank (Cap Bank), headed by Habib Karaouli, won the tender launched on 14 April by al-Karama Holding – manager of the property and assets confiscated after the 2011 revolution – to sell the 27% held by Tunis in the Nouvelair group (comprising the airline Nouvelair and Nouvelair Handling).
