Allia Skalli, who founded the new firm last year in Casablanca, is at the project’s helm at AF Legal Services. A member of the Paris and New York Bars, specialising in contract law, M&A and international arbitration, Skalli’s clients are industrial groups and entrepreneurs, including start-ups for fundraising. She graduated from Panthéon-Sorbonne University, Miami School of Law and the Saïd Business School of the University Oxford in England.
