Afrijet to open regional routes to Nigeria and DR Congo
The Libreville-based airline, managed by Marc Gaffajoli, intends to develop its regional network by offering three weekly flights on each route, starting in September, to Lagos, Port Harcourt and Kinshasa, followed by five weekly flights.

To implement this increase in the frequency of the existing network, Afrijet took delivery in Toulouse of one of three new ATR 72-600s on lease from two European companies. The arrangement is for a monthly rental of €180,000 per aircraft, with a ten-year purchase option. In addition, Afrijet has also put an option on the delivery of two other aircraft.
