The Moroccan firm SIS Consultants (€3.734 million in annual turnover) co-led by Mohamed Mamou and Mohammed El Rhazi was selected at the end of March to draw up the Tangiers-Tetouan-Al-Hoceima Regional Development Programme (RDP).
