According to Africa Business+ sources, Proparco, headed by Grégory Clemente, is launching a €6.47 million facility dedicated to cultural and creative industries (fashion, music, arts) in sub-Saharan Africa. This is the first foray of AFD Group‘s private sector subsidiary into this field.
