The Mauritanian Minister of Economic Affairs and Promotion of Productive Sectors, Ousmane Kane, has retained the French company BRL Ingénierie and the South African company Agricane for the preliminary studies of Foum Gleita. After a first green light on the technical level, the Franco-South African team still has to submit its financial offer.
