The Canadian group’s subsidiary in Côte d’Ivoire (OPCIC) has signed an MOU for a cooperation agreement with Palmci, the palm oil subsidiary of Côte d’Ivoire’s agro-industrial giant Sifca, headed by Alassane Doumbia.
