For Tunisian businessman Nouri Chaâbane, this is a first in the “Land of Teraanga”. According to Africa Business+ sources, his construction group Chaâbane et Cie has provisionally won the contract to construct national road number 9, located in the Diourbel region, about 150 km east of Dakar.
