Martin Horgan, current CEO of Centamin Plc – and former CEO of the Toro Gold Ltd venture in Senegal, which Resolute Mining bought – is currently considering how to change the company’s capital structure. The objective is to provide more financial flexibility to the entity, at present deploying major investment programmes, including the advancement of its other projects elsewhere in Africa.
