Smart’s IPO: founders Essafi, Bouden and Ben Khemis prepare to exit

Abdelwaheb Essafi, Mahmoud Bouden and Taoufik Ben Khemis, shareholders of the Smart group, a Tunisian specialist in the sale of computer equipment and services, are going public to maintain the sector’s leadership, as they plan to hand over the reins in three to six years.
