The Swiss group MK-Kliniken AG has accused the authorities of illegally evicting it from the operation of the La Paz Medical Center, located in Bata and which came into service in 2007. The firm has already won its case through a court decision in December 2017, six years after launching the arbitration procedure, in 2011.
