The Gabon Power Company (GPC) – owned by the Gabonese Strategic Investment Fund (FGIS) – and Eranove, the industrial group led by Marc Albérola – officially launched the campaign to finance their Ngoulmendji hydroelectric plant. The amount sought is €300 million.
