In Washington, the Libyan government instructed Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP to file an appeal with the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia. This action comes less than a month after the first US court upheld the €75 million arbitration ruling of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).
