To win this €20 million contract, the two West African companies outstripped international heavyweights such as Sogea Satom (Vinci group, number two in the world in public works in 2020), Colas (Bouygues, number four in 2020), Sinohydro (Power China) and China Gezhouba Group Company Limited.
