Gabon’s Minister of the Economy and Recovery, Nicole Jeanine Roboty, named the three companies in a letter dated 21 September to Rigobert Roger Andely, Congo’s Minister of Finance and chairman of the steering committee for the Economic and Financial Reform Programme of the Central African Economic and Monetary Community (Pref-Cemac).
