To explain this decision, Jean-Bernard Falco, the managing director of Centaurus, points to his personal relations – the businessman grew up in the Paris region, where he made friends with local people – and his professional relations. His advisor, the law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel, is none other than the one that is accompanying the Ivorian authorities and the Minister of Tourism and Leisure, Siandou Fofana, in their programme to develop the “Sublime Côte d’Ivoire” programme promoting the tourism sector.
