Rudolph Cerqueira oversees the new AOS office in the Lac 3 Economic Zone in Kram, Tunis, with about 50 employees in 1,500 m2 of offices. A human resources specialist with a degree from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, Cerqueira began his mid-1990s with Danone before moving on to Michael Page. At the end of the 2000s, after six years at Harrison Willis as CEO, he joined Accetis International, the multi-specialist recruitment firm, as Managing Director France & Middle East Africa until 2010.
