Based in Nairobi, Kenya, the Quebec-based manager spent 12 years managing various subsidiaries of the Telenor group in Pakistan, Norway, Bulgaria and Bangladesh. A graduate in psychology from McGill University, Montreal, the veteran executive was approached in December 2019 by Raghunath Mandava, CEO of Airtel Africa, who will hand over to Nigerian Segun Ogunsanya on 1 October 2021.
