The lawyers who filed the appeal with the District Court of Washington on 8 December include Mary Elizabeth Gately and Paul Daniel Schmitt of the Washington-based law firm DLA Piper, and their colleague Harout J Samra of the Miami office, according to Jeune Afrique Business+.
