Arranged by the independent brokerage firm Emerald Securities Services (ESS), founded by the Cameroonian Christian Din Dika and co-led by Commercial Bank Cameroon (CBC) led by Bertrand Tognia, the operation ended in an oversubscription of 113.23%.
