Ahmed Salem Abderraouf, CEO of the Mauritanian Refining Industries Company (Somir), is looking for companies to dismantle the Nouadhibou oil refinery. Under the supervision of the Mauritanian Ministry of Petroleum, the public entity is also looking for a service provider to secure the refinery’s ancillary installations against the risks of fire and pollution.
