With this exit, Mediterrania Capital Partners closes the year’s first major transaction for North African private equity. After a four-and-a-half-year mandate, Albert Alsina‘s investor capital announced its exit from Cash Plus, one of Morocco’s largest money transfer companies, led since 2014 by Hazim Sebbata.
