More than 12 months after the first announcement of its launch, Kasada Hospitality Fund LP (“Kasada”)—advised by Kasada Capital Management—has completed its first transaction by acquiring all the assets of AccorInvest‘s African real estate subsidiary. The European-based hotel owner and operator has been in difficulty since the COVID-19 crisis and has chosen to refocus on the European market.
