The move signals the intent of August Debouzy and its managing partner Mahasti Razavi: to create a centre of recognised and complementary skills for clients active in Africa. Leila Hubeaut appointed to help strengthen the practice dedicated to project development, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic partnerships in infrastructure and energy projects, said the firm seeks to provide clients with “an integrated offer”.
