AIC obtains $48 million in compensation from the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria

Exasperated by the delays in judgements and executions in the Nigerian courts, the construction and development company, founded and managed by Harry Ayoade Akande, referred the dispute with the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) to an English court. He eventually won the case.
