Plagued by a series of high-profile disputes in Morocco between the project’s various longstanding partners, the financial structuring of the self-producing wind farm for the Dakhla data centre in Western Sahara is finally on the cusp of action. Responsible for this gear shift is Brookstone Partners, a New York-based investment fund which holds the rights to the project, via American company Soluna, one of its majority holdings.
