Launched before the Covid-19 crisis and made official on 24 November 2020, the deal was led by CMGP’s founder and President Youssef Moamah, and its CEO, Younes Al Abadan, in collaboration with Jacques Alleon, CEO of CAS, and Sofiane Lahmar, partner at DPI (formerly of JP Morgan and previously partner at Kingdom Zephyr Africa Management).
