The refurbishment of the Félix-Houphouët-Boigny Stadium in advance of the Africa Cup of Nations (CAN) 2023, which is to be held in Côte d’Ivoire, will be carried out by Portuguese construction giant Mota Engil. France’s Sogea Satom, a subsidiary of Vinci (€48.1bn turnover), has finally decided to withdraw its non-jurisdictional appeal lodged at the beginning of August with the Cote d’Ivoire’s National Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (ANRMP).
