Although the construction contract is yet to be awarded, the project’s stakeholders – primarily the African Development Bank (AfDB) and the Angolan government – have already decided upon a company to supervise the works. These contracts have been awarded to the TYPSA consulting and engineering services group, which will oversee Phases I and II of the project.
